課程概述 |
本課程為物理治療學系學生之必修課程之一，以神經科疾患之物理治療評估與介入課程內容，培養學生人文關懷與服務倫理，養成物理治療專業能力。並藉由小組互動練習、文獻選讀等自主學習教學活動培養學生團隊合作、批判思考與終身學習之核心能力。並以實作方式學會神經物理治療個案的基本評估與介入的技巧。 |

課程目標 |
在結束本全年之課程後，學生應能
1. 以自主學習方式(含課前預習、文獻選讀、提問討論)了解神經物理治療個案的基本評估與介入概念(認知與態度層面)
2. 以實作方式學會神經物理治療個案的基本評估與介入的技巧(技巧與態度層面)
a. 分組團隊練習方式培養學生實際施行評估與介入治療的能力
b. 培養仔細觀察、注重安全、良好溝通的技能
3. 習得基本神經物理治療相關評估與治療技術內容如下：
a. 臨床決策模式架構與三大基本臨床治療模式(任務取向模式、神經誘發模式、肌肉再教育)之觀念與技術
b. 各類神經疾病之適當的物理評估與治療重點，含非進行性神經疾病如腦中風、頭部外傷、脊髓損傷等；進行性神經疾病如小腦病變、多發性硬化症、運動神經元疾病等；以及週邊神經系統疾病如基藍巴瑞氏症、周邊神經損傷、前庭系統病變等等。
c. 老人物理治療與長期照護之概念。

課程要求 |
依據課程內容所需, 老師可選擇下列教學活動
1. 傳統講授(lectures)
2. team-based learning or flipped classroom:
a. 課前指定預習教材;b. 上課個別測驗(10 min);c. 提供團體討論題目;d. 舉牌討論/mini lectures 補充講解
3. 評估與治療技巧示範與實作
評分方法
1. 為評估服務倫理、團隊合作、終身學習之核心能力，將以上課出席狀況(遲到早退、上課不專心)、合作練習技能行為、參與討論態度、課前準備與課後複習時間，以上佔學期總成績之10%。
2. 為評估專業能力與批判思考能力，將以下列方式測驗評分，佔學期總成績之90%：其中比例為Midterm written exam (25%); practice exam (50%); final written exam (25%)。
a. 期中、期末考以選擇題目形式以為未來國考之準備。
b. 跑考(practice)以OSCE 形式, 每題四分鐘, 進入教室前提供題目,強調評估與治療的整合能力。
